WHY HAVE I NOT RECIVED MY ORDER YET?

We strive to ensure timely delivery of Domestic orders within India in 5-7 business days. In case it is delayed from 5-7 business days of placing your order, kindly let us know via the contact details provided in our website.


HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

As soon as we deliver your order from our end, we will provide you with an ‘order tracking code’ by using which you can track your order.


DO I NEED TO PAY ANY DELIVERY OR COURIER CHARGES FOR MY ORDER?

Vyaghri.com utilizes the services of reputed courier service providers for offering shipping in India .We offer free shipping within India on all products offered, if the Product price is more than Rs.1199. If the price of the product is less than Rs.1199, we charge a nominal courier charge of Rs.150.


HOW DO I RETURN/ EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel or return their products.
We will refund back the 100% amount paid by the customer at the time of purchase. After the refund has been initiated, as per the Returns Policy, the refund amount is expected to reflect in the customer account within 10 Business Days.


HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you wish to cancel your order before dispatch, kindly call us or drop us an email & your order cancellation request will be fulfilled in next 24 hours of time, provided your order is not dispatched from our end. In case it is dispatched, you cannot cancel it but you can return the product back to us & get 100% refund.


WHAT ARE THE MODES OF PAYMENT FOR PURCHASING ON VYAGHRI?

We accept the following modes of payment:

IS IT POSSIBLE TO GET A NEFT RETURN IF I PAID THROUGH CREDIT/DEBIT CARD OR NET-BANKING?

NEFT refunds are made only for cash on delivery orders. If you paid through a credit/debit card or net banking account, refund will be processed in the same mode of payment.


CAN I GET MY ORDER DELIVERED TO MULTIPLE ADDRESS?

Yes you can but not on same order. To ship a product to different addresses, we will need different order Id’s. Kindly place different orders to get them shipped to different addresses.

Currently this feature is not available. You can open the product only once you have made the full payment to the delivery executive in case of cash on delivery orders.However, if for some reason you are not satisfied with the product you can initiate a refund or replacement without any hassle by contacting our customer care team.


WHAT IS COD (CASH ON DELIVERY)? ARE THERE ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR COD ORDERS?

COD refers to Cash on Delivery. It doesn't matter if you don't have a Credit/Debit card or online shopping is not your forte. Vyaghri offers you the option of paying for the purchase at your doorstep. Just place your order and make cash payment to our COD partner upon the delivery of your item. Not all deals/products have COD option. Please check the deal page before buying. Vyaghri does not offer COD at all locations. Please enter your pin-code to check the availability of COD option at your location.


HOW ARE ORDERS PLACED ON VYAGHRI DELIVERED TO ME?

Orders placed on Vyaghri are delivered to the customers through courier services provided by DTDC, which is the safely delivery portal in India.


CANCELLATION, MODIFICATION & REFUND


WHAT IS VYAGHRI’S CANCELLATION POLICY?

Order can be cancelled till the same is out for delivery. You would see an option to cancel within 'My Orders' section under the main menu of "vyaghri.com" then select the item or order you want to cancel. In case you are unable to cancel the order from 'My Orders' section, you can refuse it at the time of delivery and refund will be processed into the source account, if order amount was paid online. An item cannot be cancelled after delivery of the Products. After ordering for the products, and up to dispatch from the warehouse, the customer can cancel the order online. After dispatch of order from warehouse, the order is subject to delivery and cannot be cancelled.


CAN I MODIFY THE SHIPPING ADDRESS OF MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

Yes you can change your shipping order even after placing an order but you can you change it before your order has been dispatched from our end. After your order is dispatched, you cannot change the shipping address.


HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you wish to cancel your order, kindly call us or drop us an email & your order cancellation request will be accepted & fulfilled within24 hours of time. NOTE: Your cancellation request will only be accepted if your order is not dispatched from our end.


WHAT IS VYAGHRI’S REFUND POLICY?

WHEN WILL I RECIVE MY REFUND AFTER I HAVE CANCELLED MY ORDER?

We take anywhere between 6-7 working days to complete your refund request. For all pre-paid orders, the refund amount will be credited to the same account from where payment was made. For all Cash on Delivery orders, refunds can either be made in the form of E-vouchers that can be used for your future purchase on Vyaghri.com or can be in the form of an NEFT transfer to your bank account.


IS IT POSSIBLE TO GET A NEFT REFUND IF I PAID THROUGH CREDIT/ DEBIT CARD OR NET BANKING?

Yes. NEFT return through credit/debit card or net banking is possible. The amount will be refunded to the details provided in your Vyaghri account.


MY ORDER WAS COD, HOW CAN I GET MY REFUND?

If you chose to pay Cash on Delivery, the refund will be credited either in the form of E-vouchers and/or an NEFT transfer to your bank account. For an NEFT transfer we would require the following details:

  • Bank Name
  • Account Holder Name
  • Bank Account Number
  • Branch Address
  • IFSC Code

WHY WAS MY PRODUCT CANCELLED BY VYAGHRI?

We regret the inconvenience caused due to order cancellation. Your order may have been cancelled due to any of the following reasons:

  • If product is out of stock or is discontinued
  • Inaccuracies or errors in pricing information.

DOES VYAGHRI PICK UP THE PRODUCT FROM MY LOCATION?

Yes, Vyaghri picks up the product from your place. In case we cannot reach your place, you can ship them to us & we will refund you 100% of the charges to your Vyaghri account.

HOW DOES THE COD (CASH ON DELIVERY) PAYMENT OPTION WORK?

COD or cash on delivery services available at Vyaghri. By availing to COD mode of payment you have to pay the exact amount of cash at the time of receiving your delivery.


WHY CAN’T I SEE COD OPTION ON MY PAGE?

We try to provide COD services to all places in India. In case it is not showing in your page, we might not have COD facilities to your mentioned pin code or there must a trouble while loading the page. In case of the latter, kindly try re-opening the site after a while.


I AM BEING CHARGED GST ON MY ORDER, WHAT IS GST?

GST is a single tax on the supply of goods & services that is levied on every value addition (through production & services) and is added to a to a product’s sale price. GST has to borne/paid by the ultimate consumer of the product or service.


WHY AM I BEING CHARGED GST?

GST is borne by customer and is included in the MRP of the product. You don’t have to pay any other GST charges.


HOW IS THE GST AMOUNT DECIDED?

According to the rules laid by the government, on apparel & clothing items 12% GST is being charged.


IF I RETURN/CANCEL THE PURCHASED PRODUCT, WILL THE GST/VAT AMOUNT BE REFUNDED?

Yes. If you return the product the applicable GST/VAT amount will also be refunded into the source account selected at the time of return initiation. However, no refunds of GST/VAT shall be made in relation to shipping charges collected from the consumer under Vyaghri’s shipping policy.
